I am Shashikant Deshpande, I am a Senior Support Analyst, and I have worked at Spira for about 8 years now.

I was looking for a full-time job and was introduced to Spira by a staffing agency. Before joining Spira I wasn’t aware of what kind of a work environment am I getting into - It’s been almost 8 years and I feel blessed to be part of the Spira family.

I think we have a friendly and caring environment in Spira. Everyone is eager to learn new things and share knowledge. Which I believe is a big thing for me as it allows me to grow in a healthy surrounding.

I like the boomerang ticket feature in Spira it reminds me of the cartoon character Mogli from the Jungle Book.

Outside of work, I like outdoor activities such as running, hiking in the Mountains. Also, I love to work out in the Gym.
