Meet Philip "The Champion" Tzeng

𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮?

I'm Philip Tzeng and I've been the Manager of Cloud and Support Service for about 1 1/2 years now.

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐢𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐚?

The former organization I worked for used Spira as their field ticketing system which was implemented back in 2008. At that time I was a server administrator and was able to assist with the implementation. Eventually, the company was taken over and a couple of years later, everything fell into place so that I had the opportunity to join the Spira team and work on their software first-hand.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐭 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐚?

The culture is my favourite part of working at Spira, it is a collaborative and fun environment where I’ve built strong friendships along the way.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐚 𝐟𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐲?

The value Spira provides our customers to be able to capture data in the field and seamlessly be able to transmit to a central place to either analyze, report, invoice or do whatever you need with that information. Our mapping/breadcrumb technology is pretty cool too!

𝐓𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐮𝐬 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞.

I enjoy playing golf and watching the NHL, however, my 2 young kids have taken over those hobbies as of late. 😊
