I am Elsie Chew, the Manager of Consulting Services at Spira.

A key thing that drove me to apply at Spira was the opportunities it presented to me in terms of career growth. With a small group, I felt like I would be able to make impactful and influential decisions. It is a company that allowed me to continue building on my project management and leadership skills, which I am passionate about.

My favorite part of working at Spira is the people I work with and the company culture. Not only is there a lot of talented individuals, but each person understands their strengths and limitations, which allows us to work cohesively as a team to achieve great results.

I believe one of our greatest assets in the system is our flow-through of data from the field to invoicing. It always amazes me the amount of duplicate entry we can reduce by having both modules in one system and allowing our clients to process their business from end to end.

I am a busy mother of two that loves to travel and experience new places. I also do enjoy moonlighting as an event planner in my free time. My favorite events to plan are weddings as there are always so my creative ways to make each wedding personal and unique.
