I am Jeremy Andrijancic and I've spent the last 5 years working as the Software Development Manager for Spira.

After my first lunch at Spira during my interview process, I sat down with a bunch of team members and decided to go to talk with each of them. Seeing how they behaved in a non-work setting showcased the strength of the Spira team members and allowed me to see how well I would fit in with them.

My favourite part of Spira is the technologies and skills I use every day. I like to work in the Microsoft stack and the features we develop in it are always challenging and interesting to work with.

My favourite feature in Spira is the Tour Sheet. The tour sheet is a complex piece of code that provides great power to our client base and has some interesting algorithms behind it that we get to support.
𝐓𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐮𝐬 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞.
I really like to garden. For every year I have lived at my house I have expanded my garden by about 10 square feet a year. I fear soon my entire backyard will be covered in vegetable plants and I will have to move to an acreage to satisfy my need for more and more gardening space.
