The Need For Efficiency to Grow and Scale

HydroMax had no data management system in place and was quickly growing their truck count. Towards the end of 2020, the need for a data management system became apparent to the HydroMax team. Using handwritten tickets with a growing fleet of trucks and team members across the state of Texas provided challenges. Circulation, manual human error, and lost tickets were costing the business time and money. HydroMax knew that in order to scale and grow, they needed software that could help create efficiencies and processes.
