About Spira Data Corp.
Spira Data Corp was founded in 2003 to fill a need in the collection and management of operational billing and payroll data from remote field locations. The challenge Spira Data Corp. faced was the management of operational data generated in disconnected environments. Spira Data corp. leveraged an existing robust back office operational system and began development of a mobile component to compliment this application.
With a growing demand from industry to connect remote field locations with their office administration environment, Spira Data Corp. developed the mobile solution needed by these companies. From this beginning, Spira pioneered the development of their Enterprise Mobility Platform (EMP) application, Spira Mobile.
Spira Mobile and its office companion Spira Command are now used by over 40 companies in a broad spectrum of oil and gas service industries and construction. Spira is also involved in several development projects with other industries that see value in the Spira solution for their companies.
The technology developed by Spira Data Corp. incorporates best practices in field data capture, communications and data management processes. Spira's unique flexibility enables its use in both large and small companies across varying service based businesses.
